We recently had several new additions to our apartment. We now have Ben,
Ali(son), and Aly (pronounced like Muhammed Ali) living in three bedrooms, and
Jody and I in the fourth!
The apartment: Two floors (3rd & 4th) walkup.
Third floor: Good sized kitchen with brand new range and dishwasher, gigantic Living/Dining room with fireplace (gas), half bath, front terrace with seating and bbq.
Fourth Floor: Four bedrooms, two full bathrooms
(one with free Washer/Dryer combo). We have digital cable and high-speed
internet in every room. It is a great space for entertaining and hanging out,
plenty of privacy and quiet because of the two floors.
Location:
This apartment is
situated perfectly in Manhattan. The
6 train is on our block.
Centrally located between Herald Square, Union Square, Penn Station and Grand
Central. But you’ll often never need to even get on a train with the many great
restaurants and bars in the immediate neighborhood.
